Essay Writing Event organized by Shri Ram Chandra Mission in Collaboration with United

Nations Organization.

• Shaziya Fathima of I MA English participated in the Delhi Poetry Prize and won the Wingword

Poetry Prize

• Shaziya Fathima of I MA English was invited as a Guest Speaker at the National Conference

on Art of Fiction for a “Tete-a-Tete with Budding Writer” held at Justice Basheer Ahmed Sayeed

College for Women on February 1, 2018.

December 2017 and were qualified to work as Assistant Professors in College by

Durga .L of III B.Com and Shamala Priya .K of I B.Com attended , “ The National Youth

Festival 2018” held by National Service Scheme at Gautam Buddha University, Greater

Noida, Uttar Pradesh from 12th to 16th January, 2018.

Students of M.Com, Batch 2015-17 produced cent percent results.

ranks respectively.

Department of Physics

Summer School:

Ms. Vidhya.N of III B.Sc Physics attended an “Introductory Summer School in Astronomy and

Astrophysics” conducted by Inter-University Centre for Astronomy and Astrophysics (IUCAA)

at Pune, between May 14 and June 15, 2018. More than 2000 applied for course and 30 students

were selected.
