1. In addition to the Division Memorandum No. 017, s. 2019, re:" 2019 DAVRAA Meet", the following concerned participants, who for valid personal reasons cannot participate to the 2019 DAVRAA Meet, have been replaced officially, to wit:

3. Re-assignment of Mrs. Zenaida G. Guya from being the Chairperson of the Food Committee to be the monitor for Gymnastics, Baseball, Dance Sports and Mrs. Gemma Salanga to act as Chairperson in the Food and Kitchen Committee.

4. Travel, food and incidental expenses of the advance parties and support staff shall be charged against Special Education Funds (SEF).

5. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired
