ABSTRACTThe purpose of the research serves as a feedback tool for management providing baseline and
ongoing measures of employee perceptions ensures that the organization meets its
commitment to cultivate a work .In this manner literature review help out with the variables to
meet certain tasks involve in the employee engagement .Few variables such as job
involvement, selection of the right people, emotions management has a great impact on
employee engagement. Job involvement show the better performance in the organization if
employee relationship is good in it. Selection of right people has positively impact in it, enhance
the performance in the organization similarly limitation of the research create a problem for
collecting data to the employees of the organization, due to the shortage of the time.
Objectives such as (1)To find the impact of job interest on employee engagement(2)To
determine the impact of impact of job interest on employee engagement(3)To find the impactof employee engagement on task identity ,provide a better result for the evaluation of the
performance in the organization of the employee engagement. Similar manner conclusion
reveals that employee engagement has a great impact on its performance. Which enhances due
to many factors in the organization .Recommendation provided that the further employee
engagement enhances performances in the organization as the outcome manner creates global
challenges.
