Government Emergency Communications Systems (GECS)
Providing Disaster Risk Reduction Management (DRRM) ICT services by means of transferring information through voice and data connectivity, making information readily available like risk assessment, resources availability and situational awareness to the Incident Commander. In effect, this will aid to make swift decision making process to address critical requirements.

The digitalPH is an umbrella program dedicated for countryside development which is designed to encourage innovation in the field of digital and multimedia technologies and services, especially in the countryside. The digitalPH has four specific initiatives, namely Stepping Up the Value Chain, Rural Impact Sourcing, seedPH, and Digital Cities, which all play a crucial role in ensuring the country’s growth and competitiveness as a thriving digital economy.

NATIONAL GOVERNMENT DATA CENTER (NGDC)
It serves as the launching point for many government services such as web hosting, server co-location, network connectivity and other operations. Several agencies operate their own data centers or outsource their data center needs. The NGDC makes faster data exchange and collaboration among government agencies. It provides centralized servers and colocation and storage facilities.
Electronic/Integrated Business Permit and Licensing System (eBPLS/iBPLS)
The iBPLS Project aims to integrate the other frontline services/systems of the LGUs which are related to the issuance of business permits and licenses, to wit: processing of building permits, processing of occupancy permits, issuance of barangay clearance, and processing of sanitary permits.

Cybersecurity Development and Management Program
The Cybersecurity Development and Management Program aims to enhance security and resilience of Critical Infostructure, and government public and military networks to deal with sophisticated attacks, increase efforts to promote adoption of Cybersecurity measures among individuals and businesses, and grow pool of Cybersecurity experts. The program shall support the operations of the DICT Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) and the Public Key Infrastructure facilities.

• Status: Launched at the Philippine Cybersecurity Conference 2018.
• This is an informative website focusing on threat and vulnerability warnings and alerts.
• It has an embedded Helpdesk Ticketing System that shareholders can use in reporting cyber attacks and cybercrimes.
Incident Report Statistics System • Status: 100% working. • It is a web application that is used to collect data and transform information and incidents reported to CERT-PH into usable statistics.
