1. In reservation a room, one day is defined as the duration starting from 12 noon to 12 noon of following day.

2. Only persons registered for accommodation must stay overnight in the guest's room.

3. Dining hall must be used to take meals but eating inside rooms in not allowed.

4. Please be responsible for handing equipments with care and returning them in good condition

5. Please refrain from using high voltage electrical appliances.

6. Smoking and taking liquor inside guest's rooms is prohibited.

7. Please make sure your behavior does not disturb others in the resort.

8. Please refrain from singing inside the room.

9. Please be concerned about the cleanliness of the room/premises and use dust bins to throw rubbish.

10.Please make use of bathroom accessories carefully.

11.Please be sure to turn off taps to avoid wasting water.

12. Every member and non member prison officer must stay in the resort to enjoy his/her privileges.

13. Identity card must be produced whenever requested by the officer in charge.

14. As agreed with the society, guests may be held liable to pay for damage in the event of staying in the resort.

15. Please refrain from giving prohibited items such as alcoholic liquor, drugs etc to prisoners working.

16. In reservation rooms beforehand, member and non member prison officers may book rooms without paying money, if not required it must be

cancelled 7 days earlier.If not, and an action will be taken to get charged the said amount. Outsiders must pay when booking rooms.

17. If any loss or damage done is not paid, the amount will be get charged from officer by informing the relevant Superintendent of Prisons.

18. If electric appliances are used in preparing meals, additional fee must be paid.
