Self Evaluation

• Self-evaluation is defined as judging the quality of your officiating.

• Few skills are more important to self-improvement than being able to take a step back and honestly evaluate yourself.

• Self-reflection allows you to expose problems early, before they become too painful to ignore.

• Helps build a collective vision of desired outcomes and a plan to achieve them.

It is human nature to only see what we want!
