In order to strengthen monitoring of project completion and warranty periods,additional data is required in the Project Monitoring System (PMS)/ProjectManagement Office Monitoring System (PMOMS). The Implementing Office (10) is toensure that repair of any damage or destruction of the works, except thoseoccasioned by force majeure, occurring during the defects liability warranty period iscarried out by the Contractor and is not funded from the regular/maintenance fundof the Department.

Project/Contract Name and its proper Work Location/s are also important to establishthe actual location/s of works of all DPWH projects for monitoring and publictransparency.

For a Bridge Project, Bridge ID from the Bridge Management System (BMS) shall beadded to Work Location in order to ensure consistency and integration with the BMSwherein bridge location and condition are maintained.

The Mode of Implementation, previously Construction Mode in Project MonitoringSystem, either "By Contract" or "By Administration", will be expanded to includeNegotiated Contract and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) in the enhanced thePMSjPMOMS.

These new data items to be reported, supported by appropriate documentation,include:

Data quality standards shall be followed as outlined in Annex A hereby attached,which defines each mandatory data listed above and the standard required formatfor accomplishing each data item in the PMS/PMOMS transaction.

Compliance to this issuance shall take effect immediately.
