DEPARTMENTAL TRAINER RESPONSIBILITIES

Define training needs of the department based on guest feedback, observation, associates feed-back, LRA report…

Deliver Training regularly

Submit the attendance

Participate in a monthly meeting with Training Manager and other Departmental Trainers to evaluate trainings, provide feedback, exchange best practices, etc

Prepare the Monthly Training Plan

Responsible for the new comers

Create awareness of the importance of trainings

Initiate cross training based on talents recognized within the department

Responsible to welcome trainees in their department and draft their induction plan

Evaluate effectiveness of training (follow-up)

Help set standards for the respective outlet/department (S.O.P.)

Guardian of the standards in the department
