DAY 2 – Columbia River GorgeThis morning features the beautiful Columbia River Gorge, wheresheer cliffs rise as high as 2,000 feet! First a stop at Crown Point offersspectacular gorge views from Vista House, then you’ll see splendidMultnomah Falls, mammoth Bonneville Lock and Dam. This afternoona guided tour of Portland includes Lloyd Center, the downtown areaon the Willamette River, Old Town Historic District and famed Interna-tional Rose Test Gardens. Meal: B

DAY 3 – Explore the Oregon Coast Today begins an exploration of the magnificent Oregon Coast with its’beaches, sheer cliffs, and pounding surf. Stop at the Tillamook CheeseFactory before taking the breathtaking Three Capes Scenic Drive beforereturning to Portland. Meals: B, D

DAY 4 – Oregon Dunes Buggy TourReturn to the coast to view the 1873 Yaquina Head Lighthouse, tallestin the state. Continue south along the coast to Florence. Here, the day’ssightseeing includes exploration of the fabulous 250-foot sand dunes atOregon Dunes National Recreation Area by four-wheel-drive vehicle.Meal: B

DAY 5 – Crater Lake National Park Today features the natural wonders of Crater Lake National Park,where rain and snow filled the empty caldera of an ancient volcanowith brilliant blue waters to a depth of 1,932 feet, creating the deep-est lake in North America. Follow the Western Rim Drive for un-matched panoramic views. Meals: B, D

DAY 6 – Mt. Shasta and State Historic ParkEn route today see the glacier-capped 14,162-foot Mt. Shasta, con-sidered one of the most impressive mountains in the nation. AtShasta State Historic Park visit the Old Courthouse Museum andlearn the history of this once-bustling “Queen City” of gold rushmining towns. Later, continue to the coast and Eureka. Meals: B, D

DAY 7 – Avenue of the Giants and Wine TastingDeparting Eureka this morning, drive along a portion of the “Av-enue of the Giants,” through huge stands of magnificent redwoodsin Humboldt Redwoods State Park. This afternoon, pass through therich fertile grape growing region of California where a stop has beenscheduled for a tasting at a local Estate Winery. This evening, checkin to your hotel in the Fisherman’s Wharf area. Meal: B

DAY 8 – San Francisco Touring and Bay CruiseA local guide joins you this morning for a sightseeing tour of the“City by the Bay,” San Francisco. Discover the many sights forwhich the city is renowned such as their bustling Chinatown, NorthBeach, Civic Center and the Financial District. Free time for brows-ing at Pier 39 begins the afternoon, before an invigorating cruise of

DAY 9 – Travel HomeDepart for home from this memorable vacation with a group trans-fer to San Francisco International Airport for flights out after 12:00p.m. Meal: B
