Record Holder:This Guinness World Record Attempt for the World's Largest Fish Patty was organized by the Trinity Group of which Trinity Enterprises is not just a registered MSME (Government of India) company, but is also supported by NSIC (National Small Industries Corporation) and other agencies. Trinity Ventures is an ISO 9001 : 2015 company, recognised by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) for “organising trade and business exhibitions, event management, media and publications”. Trinity Group is headed by Joseph Dias, a former Special Executive Magistrate, Government of Maharashtra. The event took place alongside the 14th Annual Edition of the India Hospitality + F & B Pro International Expo which deals with the culinary, food and beverages industry, focusing on seafood this year. Fish being an integral part of the daily coastal cuisine, it was decided to set a world record based on it.

Highlights: • Created Fish Patty weighing 296.5 kg with diameter 4 feet and height 11.41 inch & breached parameters of similar seafood Guinness Record e.g. Crab Cake - Weight ( 136 Kg ), Diameter ( 3 ft ), Height ( 7.5 inches ), etc.• Cooked by 6 Chefs from 5 Star Hotels with 40 Assistant Chefs for 4 hours, after preparing the mixture/batch over 5 hours approx.• A specially created cooking vessel with nuts & bolts was weighed & used for baking over a oven-type coal flame, which was then dismantled.• Forklift used to move the cooking vessel on to industrial scales and the vessel was then dismantled leaving a plate for weighing.
