It is based on a Fast Ethernet TCP/IP 10/100 BASE-T network in accordance with international standards IEEE 802.3.
It is a complete IP-system, the common infrastructure and end devices of which are compatible with the IP-network, avoiding the use of separate non-network gateways.
Has an adaptive architecture based on VoIP standards.
It supports power supply from + 12V DC or PoE 802.3af.
It provides a video frame rate of at least 25 frames per second.
Has the ability to work on SIP Peer to Peer, without using the primary server.
It is able to implement several simultaneous and independent communication channels on the same network, one per house.
Has support for encryption of audio and video information, encrypted with a secure standard.
Specially developed and designed for use in residential areas and providing additional functions for access control and elevator control.
Supplied by a company with experience in this field and qualified specialists.
It is able to forward calls to smartphones with Android/iOS OS via SIP protocol.
Has support for configuring the image quality, at least between QVGA, VGA or HD, to adapt to infrastructure devices (switches) and data traffic.
It compresses video based on the H264 standard ISO / CEI14496-10 or higher with a variable bit rate to reduce the required bandwidth.
Transmits audio based on the G.711 codec.

2.4 CONFIGURATION POSSIBILITIES OF THE SYSTEM
The video intercom system shall provide:
Free installation of IP-addresses in any subnet.
Has a built-in identifier function when re-assigning IP addresses to different devices.
Configuring devices through the built-in web server on each device, protected by a custom identifier and password. This function allows you to configure several CPs, IMs, and CMs to expand their common parameters.
Setting up the elevator control system using a desktop PC connected to the same local network (using the EVRC-IP elevator control module).
Quick configuration of the device using the protocol TR-069 and SNMP. Support VLAN. (only on the AV-07T).
Remote reset to defaults and restart of devices in the system.
Ability to download custom MP3 ringtones.
Time-adjustable "Mute" mode.
Time-adjustable "Do Not Disturb" mode.
Select the type of screen saver in the standby mode (Quad splitter, Clock, Photo frame, Tour on time, IP camera (continuous viewing)).
Ability to install third-party applications.
Ability to install custom wallpaper on your desktop.
Ability to add, edit and delete icons on the desktop.
2.5 INTEGRATION CAPABILITIES
Access control system (ACS)
The CPs have built-in RFID card readers within the same aesthetics on the same panel.
The CPs are standalone devices to grant permission to users without the need for a centralized server.

The CPs have support for the Wiegand 26 interface and can be used in the ACS system as an additional reader and vice versa, act as controllers for third-party readers that support this interface (AA-071, AA-092, AA-113, AA-124, AV-07T5).
IP Surveillance Cameras
The system interacts with CCTV cameras with several brands through the RTSP protocol, allowing monitoring from the IMs selectively (home, building, public entrance).
The IM has a function to select an IP camera that will be used as a video source when calling any CP, CM or IM.
The IM has support for displaying images from IP cameras in standby mode (single camera, quad splitter, tour).
The CP has the function of transmitting an RTSP stream from its camera for viewing and recording on all popular NVRs with a resolution of D1 to 720p.
Elevator Management
The system has support for interaction with all brands of elevator equipment, which is based on the relay-contact principle of low-level management.
The elevator interacts with both the CP (visitors and residents) and the IM (residents) using the local network and the TCP/IP protocol stack for communication.
Emergency System
Each IM controls a local alarm system (4 to 16 sensors, using the SH-16 signaling extension module) that transmits all alarm triggers to the control management software and to the CM.
Implemented the transfer of the alarm trigger to the user's smartphone with the BAS-IP Intercom application by sending a SIP Message with preset values for each sensor.
Smartphones
The system has the ability to forward incoming calls to apartments from the CP and CM to smartphones through an application available on the Play Market and AppStore.
The smartphone has two-channel audio and video from these devices and has the ability to open the door. You can call the CP, CM, and IM in other apartments from your smartphone.
The application on the smartphone has the ability to add IP cameras for viewing via RTSP and ONVIF.
Implemented the transfer of video before replying to a call via the SIP protocol.
