The car park ing issec luded by Cock Wood andproposed new tree p lant ing andlandscaping to again min imise i tsv isua l impact on the green space.
The proposed bu i ld ing prov idesmuch needed improvement infaci l i t ies for the local footbal l teamwhich ref lects the ir ambit ions andcurrent success. The bui ld ing iss ingle storey and smal l in i tsnature which ref lects i ts use.
