Outsourcing of compressed

air supply for business.

Is it worth it ?

• Long-term supply of compressed air from MARANI devices.

• Care service within the term of contract.

• Periodic maintenance and overhauls.

• Replacement of wearing parts such as filters, oil, mechanisms.

• Reliability of compressed air supply 24 h/day, 7 days/week.

• Guarantee of compressed air quality according to ISO 2002.

• Technical check-up of the compressed air supply system.

• Relieving customer's technical service from day-to-day management

of the compressor station.

Customer values in/from outsourcing of compressed air

Why Marani

• Saving your current assets.

No need to take credits and saving on interest.•

Saving on the wage fund.•

Saving maintenance, warranty and post-warranty costs.•

Saving overhauls costs.•

Saving electrical energy through intelligent Marani MAC control system.•

Adjustment of the medium in case of permanent demand change •

for compressed air (source expansion or reduction).

Constant compressed air delivery prices within the term of contract.•

Contract for an indefinite period with possibility of periodic dissolution•

without incurring additional costs.

Reliability of compressed air supply 24 h/day, 7 days/week.•

• For already more than 15 years we have been outsourcing the supply of compressed air.

We provide compressed air to more than 100 large industrial companies.•

More than 800 compressors and blowers, manufactured by Marani and other •

manufacturers, are working in over 100 polish and foreign companies.

Marani compressors supplying compressed air for companies of various industries •

from mining (coal mines), heavy industry (steelworks, foundries, etc.), machinery and

electronic industry through food industry up to pharmaceutical industry.

Our compressor stations are located in Poland, Germany and Czech Republic.•

We have our own design and manufacturing base.•

The automated system for supplying compressed air, Marani MAC, is built •

on elements of the leading Belgian and German manufactures.

Our solutions allow remote supervisory and diagnostics of the control system, •

compressor units, core modules and their supporting instrumentation.

For our equipment we only use high quality components and mechanisms, which •

have proven their reliability.

We have a rich database of reference letters from our customers.•

Marani is the reliability guarantee in the supply of compressed air.•

Additional services

Marani compressors are equipped with intelligent microprocessor controllers, designed to work with all types of screw compressors. The automatic control system provides optimal and energy efficient device control, taking into account build specification and fulfilling of high standards requirements.

Flow controlOil consumptionAirflowOil- and airflow

All key components are equipped with sensors, which allows continuous device control and monitoring.

The controller displays on screen on-line-measurements and operating status providing appropriate information to help diagnose dangerous condition and prevent potential damage of the compressor. System reliability was much enhanced using only one solenoid valve at the control unit.

When using multiple devices to work together the biggest energy savings will be obtained through the use of a supervisory control system.Supervisory controller MAC (Marani Air Controller) constantly monitors of compressors deciding when to start and stop them in the best way to assure minimized electrical energy consumption while maintaining appropriate amount of supplied air.

Process data acquisition from particular compressors and compressor stations can be made available on WWW website for both Marani service and end-customer. Easy access to current data makes it possible to diagnose device operating status and allows prevention of breakdowns. WWW client based architecture allows customers to have access to the server within their facilities and through the Internet using Marani24 platform.

Supervisory control ensures equal usage of several screw compressors. The supervisory system is able to control various compressor types starting from ones with same power up to energy saving systems using compressors with different power or inverters. There is also a possibility of adding selected compressors from other manufacturers to an already existing group of compressors.
