Having established that they didn’t have a clear sales and marketing strategy we initially ran a marketing workshop. As a result we outlined a plan of action that would give their marketing structure and clear commercial focus. We were then asked to work with them on an ongoing basis, to implement the actions, project manage all sales and marketing and design and build an e-commerce WordPress site.
