Intoduction
The main goal of Learning Support is design of e-learning support, particular for the developed
programme and its potential students.
This document presents the practice model for supporting LLL courses, including distance learning.
The objectives of this model is to help organizations track the support progress for LLL courses and
achievements of the programmes by regularly collecting, analysing and using information to assist
timely decision making, ensure accountability, and provide the learning support.
The questionnaire has been developed to understand the way in which LLL programme Support is
done in AGU partner universities after that LLL course was finish.
The questionnaire was designed so that it covered 2 parts:
1. Regulatory Support with Official regulations and Competences of Provider for LLL Course
2. Course resources support with Learning system support and Technical support.
