The solid mounting plate with 7 mm fixing lugs a provides

an easy assembly base. Male/Female M4 fixing bolts b

ensure a robust bolt through connection.

The sprung loaded hard wearing inner plate c holds the

lever handle and allows quick assembly of the inner rose.

The modular design accommodates all the lever shapes.

Projecting lugs d give an accurate assembly and ensure

that the fittings are aligned correctly.

The threaded rose e is screwed over the whole assembly

offering a secure, safe and precise fitting. This rose can be

unscrewed when required but will not work loose in normal

Grade 2:medium frequency of use by people with someincentive to exercise care but where there issome chance of misuse, e.g. internal office doors.A tractive pulling force of 1500 N is applied forsecurity class 0.

THE MATERIAL

Stainless steel is a modern material whose qualities allow

it, to be used in a wide variety of areas. KARCHER DESIGN

Stainless Steel products are manufactured from a high

corrosion resistant Chrome-Nickelsteel (Cr18Ni19) combi-

nation. This first rate material is resistant to corrosion

and environmental influences and is suitable for door and

window furniture in both internal and external applications.

The surface finish is highly resistant and easy to care for.

Karcher Design products are recommended for all door

locations in both offices and public buildings.
