services and skills. With a worldwide workforce, KNA is looking for talent to lead our Production Office in Manila,
Philippines. Our corporate head quarter is located in Los Angeles, CA.
EXPERIENCE
Must have Bachelor or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture with at least 8-10 years of
experience in managing a team of architects and interior designers. Interior Design or Architectural
license preferred.
Must have excellent graphic, written and verbal communication skills (in English) and possess a strong
desire to excel and lead in a fast paced, challenging and client-focused environment.
Proven ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and ensure that the Production team provides high
quality drawing set.
Ability to manage a design team with a collaborative leadership style which puts value on relationships,
both internal and external as well as ensures high-quality design work.
Strong Organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly,
often against tight deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Will be working directly with the KNA Los Angeles team.
Manage the day to day production on specific project teams to meet deliverables accurately.
Guide, support and manage the job captain(s) and production team.
Contribute to office activities, initiatives and learning programs.
Participate in business development and marketing efforts under the KNA Los Angeles leadership.
