Dear Designer,

In working with Hotels for over 30 years, there have been many requests

from Designers for Hotel-quality products for the Residential market. We’ve put

together a Luxurious Collection of Eco-friendly Linens and Bedding for your Resi-

dential Clients. This means no quantity limits with all items stocked in the US and

many ready to ship within 2 weeks.

The goal here is to create a safe and allergen-free zone. We chose fabrics

made with Natural fibers that are third party certified. Certification is either by

Oeko-Tex Standard 100 [products are free of all substances harmful to you and

your family], or by GOTS - Global Organic Textile Standard [certified to be organic

and manufactured under strict European environmental controls].

All purchase orders must be in writing—via Fax, or, e-mail. Accepted payment method is by credit card: Amex, Visa,

MasterCard and Discover. No COD.’s A credit card authorization form will be necessary for each sale. Order minimum

is $200.00. Card will not be charged until order ships. Backorders will be kept open and shipped and charged when

Freight will ship by UPS, USPS and/or truck/common carrier you prefer. Special shipping requests will be honored

Important Information

These Products are Guaranteed to be Free of Defective Materials and Workmanship

We fully guarantee our products against material and manufacturing defects. Please inspect all merchandise

upon receipt. An item received with a manufacturing defect may be returned up to 30 days past the shipping

date. At our discretion, we will either replace the product, or credit the Designer’s/Purchaser’s account for the

invoice price.

Returns

All returns are subject to inspection before replacements or credits are issued. If we determine the goods are not

inferior in quality, the return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns for monogrammed, discontinued,

sale, or non-stock items. unless defective The purchaser pays freight for all returns of non-defective items. No

C.O.D. shipments. .

A Return Authorization must be placed on outside of returned package. Returns without Return Authorization will

be refused.
