• All our mid-range and luxury chess sets are packed in special die cut foam that has a recessed container for each piece. We take special care so your order reaches you in a very safe manner. The economy pieces are also packaged carefully though not in the same manner as the mid-range or luxury pieces. You don't have to worry about anything because we cover you by shipping you the replacement in case of any damage.

• All our chess boards are also packed with foam on all sides, so it does not get damaged in transit. We take special care when we package your order for chessboards. It is in our interest to make sure we package your order properly so we don't have to send you a replacement.

• Each piece is also put inside a proper zip locker cover before we put them in recessed form. This is not shown in the pictures below. Also, each color(White or Black) is in its own sealed box, like the one shown in the picture below, before we put both boxes inside another box.
