• Pembinaan Megah Mutiara Sdn Bhd or PMM was established in 1992 and began as a construction and interior design company.

• Involved in the development of the waterfront and marina industry in SEA for more than 15 years.

• Built marinas for key government installations including public marinas for Marine Department, Customs, Marine Police and Navy.

CUSTOM DESIGNED ALUMINIUM FRAME WITH BALAU HARDWOOD DECKING

System Design• The marina system incorporates a custom aluminium extruded

waler/frame design that allows for an effective finish and versatility.

• The flotation system is made of hard wearing polyethlene floats which bolt to the aluminium super structure and do not deteriorate in a marina environment.

• The system has adjustable cleats and easy access to dual serviceducts along each side.

• 19mm Hardwood timber decking or composite material alternative.

• Aluminium Services Cover along both sides of the Pontoon/Waler.

• 300 kg / m2 (3 Kpa) buoyancy conforms to Australian Standards and Design for Marinas

PONTOON SYSTEMS

ELITE CONCRETE SYSTEM

• A concrete pontoon system constructed using solid monolithic flotation. This is protected by a heavy duty sealed polyethylene skin that is U.V. stabilised, tough, flexible, and able to withstand heavy impact and allows it to expand and contract independently from the flotation and the reinforced concrete deck.

• The specially formulated concrete pontoon deck has an average concrete thickness of 125mm. It is smartly finished with a customisedaluminium waler incorporating a unique press in bump rubber fender, which eliminates the need for screws.

• All concrete surfaces are sealed with an epoxy based (or similar) concrete sealant which impregnates into the concrete deck.

CAPRI COMPOSITE SYSTEM

The Capri is a medium duty marina system which incorporates similar custom extruded waler design as in the Elite system.

The flotation uses polyethylene floats which bolt to the aluminiumsuperstructure. Hardwood timber decking or composite decking completes the system.

ULTIMATE MODULAR DOCK SYSTEM

• The Ultimate Modular Dock system is an option that is applicable to situations where a smart appearance, flexibility and an easily demountable and moveable option is appropriate.

• This product is manufactured by the rotational moulding of polyethylene and allows the production of modular pieces that are tough, flexible, U.V. stabilisedand do not deteriorate in a marine environment. The modules can withstand heavy conditions and tough treatment, making them ideal for public use applications.

• A specially profiled surface ensures slip resistance and the ease with which modules can be connected make this style of pontoon particularly useful for swimming platforms, floating walkways, aquaculture, marinas, helipads, floating work platforms, settlement ponds, sewage treatment works and ramps for boat launching and retrieval.

KIKKO NET debris barrier has been developed with technology that utilizes the superior characteristics of recyclable polyester fiber.

KIKKO NET’s are light weight, do not corrode, withstand major weathering, strength against continual tears, are chemical resistant, non conductive and

environmentally friendly.

POWER PEDESTALS

SOLAR MARINE LIGHTThe SL15 is designed to be maintenance-free and have a service life of over 5 years.

• Can be installed in minutes, and requires no operator intervention. The flash-characters are factory-set, and the unit is supplied ready for immediate installation.

• During daylight hours the solar module will charge the battery,and the lantern will automatically begin operation at dusk – once the ambient light threshold drops sufficiently.

• The tough polycarbonate lens is specifically designed for use with LEDs, and incorporates an environment-friendly spike –deterring unwelcome bird life.

• Sealed using an advanced ultrasonic weld, it enables a completely waterproof seal capable of prolonged and deep immersion.

• Available with an optional ON/OFF switch for temporary installations such as worksites.
