You have now downloaded and saved the assignments to your computer. It may take a minute or three for the new folder to become visible on your computer. If you wish to write comments on the students’ assignments, this can be done electronically, so there is no need to print out assignments to write on by hand.

You will see all the files the students

submitted—saved with their name, date and

time of submission, and the title the student

gave the file.

You will see a web file with the title ‘index’ - this

file contains all the comments that the students

made when submitting their assignment.

Go to the place you extracted your files to.

Open the folder that has the same title as the zip file.

The folder will have a title with the name of the assignment, ‘Download’, and the date.

Open an assignment in Microsoft Word.

Select the text you wish to comment on.

Go to the ‘Review’ section of the menu.

Click on the ‘New Comment’ icon.

Type any comments in the box to the right of the document.

Repeat as desired.

Save the assignment.
