videos in browser.

3.Please check whether any other devices which share your network are running P2P software (Peer to Peer), P2P

software (such as BT, Foxy, other online videos, etc.) would take a massive bandwidth of the network then

network speed is getting lower.

4.If you connect PC to the network through the router, please ensure the route is running well. You can try to reset

your router, or update the firmware of the router.

5.Please update your Ethernet Controller driver (more information about updating, click here).

Motherboard] NO POWER troubleshooting

When you power on the motherboard and nothing happens and the power light is OFF:

Please ensure the power supply is plugged in properly to the 24pin/8pin power connectors. Refer to your

motherboard user manual for proper location of power connectors.

Make sure that the CPU, memory, power supply and motherboard are installed properly. If there is a

speaker, it is recommended to connect the speaker for testing.

When the speaker is properly installed, please power on and follow the sound emitted by the buzzer. (For

speaker's correct location, please refer to the motherboard manual).

If the power light is ON, but you can't see any video on the monitor, connect an internal speaker to

motherboard and you can troubleshoot with steps below:

Power Light is ON, "No beep" from speaker

Please check your CPU and memory are installed normally and no oxidation at connection part. If there is

any oxidation, please try to wipe the oxidation part with an eraser. If it still cannot be turned on properly, please

clean it with contact cleaner and re-install.

Power Light is ON, "One short beep" from speaker but nothing shows on monitor

One short beep from speaker means device boots normally. Please confirm whether monitor is working

and correctly connected to motherboard.

Power Light is ON, "One long and two short beeps" from speaker

Abnormal detection in Memory, please confirm whether memory modules are correctly installed on

motherboard or incorrect memory or incompatible memory (Check Memory QVL)

Please refer to Motherboard manual for related instruction about memory.

Power Light is ON, "One long and three short beeps" from speaker

Abnormal detection in graphic card. If graphic card needs extra power supply, please ensure power supply

can provide enough watt. Please unplug and replug the video card.
