To Use the exiting Feature here are the steps below-

Step 1 :- If you are already a registered user then Skip the step 1 other wise you have to register / create you account on FindNerd. So, you just have to perform 4 steps here-

Provide unique id at least 6 characters long- i.e- I have provided sachin.joshi Your existing E-mail address where you can get mail verification request and technological

updates. Set password- at least 6 characters long. Confirm your password.

After this accept the terms and conditions. Other things like setting up your profile etc. you can do later on.

Step 2 :-

To use this tool you have to install and verify the updated java version in your system for both linux and Windows users. If already installed then it's great, otherwise you can install it as mentioned below:-

For Windows Users :- You can update the java from the below link-

For Linux Users :- Check java version first, to check java version in your system enter the below command in cmd line (terminal)- java -version

If you have update java version then good to go, otherwise you have to run these commands in terminal

sudo apt-get update -> then press enter

sudo apt-get install openjdk-7-jre -> then press enterthen press y to accept

After installing java Linux users also have to install icedt plug-in for this click on software center at left menu of screen, when it opens you can find the search box at right side and type icedt there, you may find 3,4 results you have to install the top one (Icedtea java Plugin).

At last also make sure you have activated flash player in your browser.

Step 3 :-

Take your cursor on Record Desktop & Share on top menu just below the Search box and click on it or click on start here.

Step 4 :-

Now first select Category for your Posting Video Blog . Put Title in the title box. Next is, if you have some content regarding your video you can put it in content box. Now to Start Desktop Recording click on menu Record from Desktop which is just below the

title box.

After a click pop-up will generate, it will take a short time to load, now read the instruction on that pop-up before clicking on record button.

Select the area of your desktop you want to record. After doing all the setting (resizing the positioning the are you want to record), on clicking

record one more pop-up will appear again which will as you to access micro phone and camera for this click allow.

After allowing the red box which you have used for resizing the positioning the area to record will appears dark blue in color, which indicates that your desktop recording is started, so you can start recording with your voice and capturing desktop activity.

When recording is done click stop, now if you want to check preview of your recording click on preview button only ones (do not click twice or more) just below the record button and wait for some moment as it takes some time in resizing and processing the video and audio.

After verifying the video and audio you created by clicking on preview, if it looks good you can click on stop button, which will take you to the previous screen where you have clicked for preview, if you missed out some thing you can continue form where you have left the video by clicking again on record button else if the video looks good to go then, click on publish button Next to the Discard button again wait for some minutes, now you can see the .flv file attached below the content and record box.

Just below the attached .flv file you can see the one more box here you have to put Tags (SEO friendly tags) for your blogs, for next tag you have to click tab key on your keyboard.

When you are done with tags, Click on preview button at bottom right of the page. It redirect to Publish Confirmation Page.

Click Publish Button. Now at the top of the page you can find the Published link copy and share the link with whom

you want to show the video. User having link of the node/post can only view the post.
