PROBLEM:Lack of automatization of the process of information extraction

from satellite-based synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images.

Process still requires experienced human interpreter in the loop

which makes it very slow and costly. Training of a human

interpreter may take year. In addition, human capacity will not

allow to process soon-available hourly revisit SAR-based datasets.
