Evaluation, analysis and preparation for next school year strategies and
plan of action
Attendance campaigns with several prizes will help improve and maintain attendance numbers during testing season.
The sustainability of funding streams for before and after school data include information regarding chronic absenteeism and how out of school time can help diminish this statistics while creating
student engagement. This period of time help us to prepare for the CSI and EDAP Grants.
§ Review and compare chronic absentees with the participation reports of the students in the before and after school programs. This information help to identify students that need follow up for the incoming school year.
