Introduction: Research has shown that in World Class Companies, an individual’s contribution is the ultimate's goal . within a fast changing environment, simply working harder is no longer enough – We have to focus on HOW individuals

can identify the areas they need to develop in order to be successful .

This will, in return, ensure to achieves business goals. With focusing more to maintaining the Strength point Equal to developed the Weakness point , Even

the new leaders will not feel HOW & WHEN .

The most important part here is HOW we can lead them to know the root case of there won skills & HOW they can develop it easily

Competencies are the key to achieving future success; they provide a common language to describe the BEHAVIOR & ATTRIBUTES required for superior performance .

The Competency Framework will be a vehicle by which everyone can develop and enhance their individual performance

Often when we look at the requirements of a job, we talk about WHAT will be required to carry out the role. What skills and What experience .

But there is another, perhaps better, way of thinking about the Attributes required to successfully perform a job role. It is based not on the WHATS but on.

Attribute , Behavior & Competencies Definition :

ATTRIBUTE :Is a quality or characteristic given to a person, group, or some other thing. Your best attribute might be your willingness to help others, like when you stopped traffic so the duck family could cross the street  

BEHAVIOR :Refers to how you conduct yourself. Generally, it’s wise to engage in good behavior, even if you're really bored. you could say that to behave is to "have" or "own" yourself — to control yourself .

There's also a broader definition of behavior, which is basically anything any living thing does in any situation..It is depend on Act & React

COMPETENCIES : Underlying characteristics or sets of behaviors which result in effective or superior performance in a job.” Whilst skills, knowledge and experience are essential in order to perform a job, they do not determine superior performance. Competencies have been proven to be the differentiating factor .

The Impact of Working on the Competences : Will lead us to talking the Same Language we all tend to describe behaviors in different ways, so the descriptions of each competency used in this action plan framework are intended to provide a common language for each of us to use when describing what we recognize as effective behavior
