The managing culture and climate of the public organizations have great influence in determining the level of achievement and excellence. Demographic factors, professional achievement and working experiences of public officers are some of the factors important towards this study. Design/ methodology/ approach Five dimensions namely public organizations’ demographic continuum, leadership quality, managerial strategy, organizational culture and practice and personal and working experience of public officers were examined to determine the excellence in performance achievement and management in good e- governance practices of e-government. Finding - In general, there is a significant difference among factors stated above in good governance of public organizations. The climate of the organization is also closely related to the leadership skills of the public organizations. In addition, the managers and management are another two essential factors found to be the strong fundamental of organizations with towering quality. Research limitations/ implications This study represents an addition to the extant literature on performance achievement in excellence of e-governance with KPI as means of corporate responsibility in e-government towards the excellence of managing public organizations. Abstract

Purpose – This research is attempted to examine e-governance organizational effort to create an innovative and creative environment to govern effective and high quality e-government in Malaysian public organizations. Practical Implications – The excellence in high performance achievement with KPI within an organization is a pivotal role in managing an organization effectively. it was even more important for the public officers to improve its efficiency and integrity for the country’s development and realizing its goals. In the effort of overcoming public organizational debility in management, a creative and innovative move has to introduce to overcome those shortchanges.

Originality/ value – This study provides further groundwork of e-governance to assist existing public organizations’ officers and manager to improve work quality and to deliver the maximum of performance achievements as corporate social responsibility towards the excellence in managing pubic organizations in e-government environment.
