OBJECTIVES
-Integrating actors-Knowledge management-Based on demands-New disciplines- Approach of territories -Respect of gender and cultures
1. To validate and transfer technology and their impact in carbon footprint
2. To promote adoption of thechnologies to mitigate and adapt to climate change
3. To promote farmers as agent of change to colaborate in mitigate climate changes
¿How?
VALIDATE TECHNOLOGIES
•15 technologies are being validating as low carbon footprint: organoponic, organic agriculture, integrated farms, biodigestor, low cost agriculture, smart climate agriculture, terra pretra, biochar, agroforestry. •6 modules (Vitrinas) implemented, base line (economic, environmental and social) soil test, carbon inventory.•Publications in process
DEVELOP LOCAL CAPACITIES
•553 trained persons: 450 farmers ans 103 technicians , 40 % men and 60 % women.•25 activities as workshops, exchanges, farmers visits. •PLATICAR Platform as ecosystem of knowledge to promote knowldege management
