Ramp up period

Ramp-up periodDuring a ramp-up period it is expected that demand will consecutively converge to volumes at the level of Indicative estimate of potential. This is expected to

happen due to new technical equipment in the port and new service offering. This would require a time for potential customers to perceive new service offering

and to purchase. Example of possible ramp-up period for port showed on the Graph below.

• No negotiations

required

• Declining volumes

and revenues

• Frozen relationships

with current operator

• Low utilization of

equipment

Relocation of the port to

new area, which is in line

with zoning plan with

development of new pool

with maximum transhipment

capacity of 48,000 ths./day.

• Potential for industrial

zone development

• Lower polution and noise

level

• Conformity with zoning

development

Relocation of the port to

new area, which is in line

with zoning plan with

reduced areas for pools &

manupulation to ensure

economical feasibility.

• Economic feasibility

• Potential for industrial

zone development

• Lower polution and noise

level

• Conformity with zoning
