The Maggiore Companies is a forty year old real estate development, design-build construction and property management firm, specializing in large scale multi-family and flex office warehouse projects.

The Maggiore Companies has successfully developed and constructed several million square feet of commercial and large scale residential projects since its founding. Within the last several years, we have developed, constructed and conveyed over two hundred residential “for sale” condominiums in Massachusetts, nearly two hundred apartment “for rent” in Connecticut, and 90 assisted living, memory care and elderly housing units.

Paul J. Maggiore started The Maggiore Companies in 1974 as a one-man operation, remodeling storefronts. Prior to founding the company, Paul graduated from Franklin Pierce College in Rindge, NH with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance. Paul has been extremely successful over the years in both construction and real estate

development. He owns and manages in excess of two million square feet of real estate throughout Massachusetts and his portfolio is continually growing. This success has evolved through years of hard work and dedication to a field that he is very passionate about.

Matthew P. Maggiore began working for The Maggiore Companies as a site laborer and office assistant at the age of twelve. Upon graduating from Skidmore College in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Matthew went to work full time for the company as a Project Manager and Property Manager. He is currently a Senior Construction Manager and also president of Maggiore Construction Corporation. He manages oversees commercial and residential projects and manages the day to day operations at the company and manages a large portion of Maggiores' real estate portfolio.
