Performance Appraisal
Assessment of a performance of individual employees and those concerned with their
performance is an opportunity to engage in a discussion about their performance and
development, as well as the support required from the manager. Periodic reviews help
supervisors gain a better understanding of each employee's abilities. The goal of this process is to
recognize achievement, to evaluate job progress, and then to design training for the further
development of skills and strengths. A careful review will stimulate employee‘s interest and
improve job performance.
Performance appraisal of all the employees will be done quarterly to fully assess all the
duties and responsibilities that need to be improved, as well as give recognition to those who did
their job well. If an employee receives a superior result in the appraisal, he/she will be promoted
accordingly.
