Having been a happy customer of Document Express for a number of years we recently invested in the new Xerox Colorqube. This device is the ideal �t for our business as it allows us to not only have complete control over our costs but also to make large cost savings when it comes to our printing.

A lot of our jobs have minimal colour and with any other device this would be charged as a full page of colour. With the Xerox Colorqube we can now print highlight colour for the cost of mono (a fraction of theprice for colour!) and half a page of colour for half the price of a colour copy.

As far as we know, no other service provider in the marketplace can o�er anything like it. We can tailor our work, which consists of mailshots and letters, to the price we want to pay for the page. It’s also meant that we have been able to add some colour to documents that were previously all mono for no extra cost!

Added to the great cost savings, the solid ink technology provides an excellent quality �nish to our printing and the Document Express Managed Print Service means that we never have to order toner as the machine does it for us!”
