Doha Group Trading & Contracting Co. W.L.L. (DGC) is newly recognized Construction
Company operating in the State of Qatar to support the country's national development plan,
as envisioned by his Highness Emir of Qatar. DGC intendeds to undertake most of Construction
Industry Projects including - but not limited to - Buildings, Mixed-use, Educational, Residential,
Commercial and Civil construction projects in the State of Qatar.
DGC has set a great prominence on safety, quality control, timely completion and sustainability,
to ensure DGC consistently meets projects requirements and specifications. Thus constantly
ensuring high quality standards and achieving the utmost satisfaction of our clients.
DGC had executed prestigious projects in the State of Qatar, for Private and esteemed Public
Clients, particularly Public Works Authority (Ashghal).
DGC has a well-organized and well-disciplined multinational work force of over 300
manpower, owns a fleet of Construction, Machinery and vehicles, and are capable to
undertake different construction Projects. With DGC’s well experienced staff; DGC is capable

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Project Management is an essential part of the Strategy for success of Our Organization. With
our staff background who are widely experienced in Project
Management, our projects runs smoothly and safely; as our staff
customize PM systems, for each project, for effective Project Planning,
Construction, Progress monitoring & control. We are equipped with
various resources to fulfill all the Project Management needs of all our
Stakeholders in line with our Integrated Management System.
Our well experienced Managerial staff are closely monitor the entire life cycle of a Project
starting from tendering stage up to close out ceremony and handing over. Project life cycle
early planning gives a clear view to the Management and help them take strategic decisions
on the Project, avoiding any anticipated time slippage and fulfilling all the stakeholder
requirements. Early appropriate planning and close monitoring for various stages of the
projects ensures the timely completion of each project; hereunder are examples for planning
and monitoring:
Tender Comprehensive Program taking into consideration Client requirements,
Contract Conditions, Governmental Regulations and requirements
Project Baseline Program, with Loaded Resource and Cost, is prepared complying with
the appropriate Conditions of the Contract and for effective monitoring of the Project
Progress.
Progress Updates, Monitoring & Reporting; reflects the performance of all parties of
the project and offers the management team to undertake necessary

preventive/corrective actions for successful completion of the Project. The periodical
reports in the Projects are submitted complying with Client requirements in terms of
format and duration for submission.
Procurement Management allows Forecasting
and monitoring all project requirements ensuring
adequate timing for deploying Manpower,
delivering Material and Machinery requirement for
the Project; avoiding any unnecessary delays
which might affect the project completion date.
Project Document Controls System; it controls the incoming and outgoing
correspondences from various project parties. It is vitally important as it provides the
means to share the correct information at the right time, and assists the management
in tracking the issues requires actions at the right time.
