* The Company had entered into a Tri-partite Financial Liability Takeover Agreement with Mr. Ramesh R. Havele and Dhanada Holdings Private Ltd. (DHPL) to swap the financial liability by which DHPL took over the financial facilities of Mr. Ramesh R. Havele which were due against the Company. The necessary effect in the books of accounts of the Company was given on the basis of the agreement dated 31* March 2020 by mere book entry on 31* March 2020. There was no actual fund flow in the entire transaction.
