In exercise of powers conferred under Rule 29(3) read with Rule 3 of Haryana SchoolRules-2003 Education Department, Haryana permission is hereby granted to establish a newproposed school on the terms and conditions mentioned bekm: -

The Proposed School shall have the required infrastructure regarding land and Biai ngi.e.number & size of class rooms with vitro:Ida and Other rooms for Head ofInstitution/ Office,Library, Laboratory, Stairs, Ramp and Toilets etc as per Rule 30.The Management of the school shall have to apply for permanent recognition within thestipalatedtimein thepresaihexiform-IIwith documents as per rule 31.

(di) The Management shall not make admission beyond Class-III before the sanction of itsrecognition or in its anticipation.

(iv) The letter of ' permis sion is based on the undertaking given by the applicant as per detailsgiven Any violation of the undertaking automatically nullifies the permission.This permission is further subject to 'No Objection certificate' from the CompetentAuthority' regarding the land use of the proposed. site.

This is only a formal permission to establish a New School or Start Classes and does not enableyour school to get recognition automatically for which physical verification of infrastructure andrecords in this respect shall be made by District Inspection Committee.* The managing committee shall abide by the provisions of Haryana School Education Rules 2003(amended) & R.T.E. Ruels 2011 and amendments it any thereafter. The Managing shall be liable fordisciplinary action in case of violation of any provisions of the rules.

with the school/inspection in this regard, I convey the grant for provisional recognition to the

Vaish Public School, Kurar (Paninat) for Class 1st to 8th to with effect from 01-04-2014 nit'

Managing Committee, Sanatan Dharam Sabha, Paninat.The above sanction is subject to fulfillment of following conditions:-

The grant for recognition is Class not extendable and does not in any way imply anyobligation to recognize/affiliate beyond Class VIII.

The school shall by the provisions of Right of Children to Free andCompulsory Education Act. 2009 and the Haryana State Right of Children to Freeand Compulsory Education Rules 2011.

The school shall admit in class I, to the extent of theStrength of that class. Children belonging to weaker section anddisadvantaged group in the neighborhood and provide free and compulsory

elementary education till its completionProvided, that in case of pre primary classes also, this norm shall be followed.

For the children referred to in paragraph 3, the school shall be reimbursOd as persub section (2) of section 12. To receive such reimbursements school shall- provide aseparate bank account.

The school shall not collect any capitation fee and subject the child or his or herparents or guardians to any screening-procedure.The school shall not deny admission to any child for lack of age proof If suchadmission is sought subsequent to the extended period specified foradmission, the same shall not be denied and the child shall not bediscriminated on the ground of religion, caste or race, place of birth or anyof them.The school shall ensure that :-

no child admitted shall be held back in any class or expelled from school tillthe completion of elementary eduCation in a school;no child shall be subjected to physical punishment or mental harassment;

(ill) no child is required to pass any board examination till the completion ofelementary education.every child completing elementary education shall be awarded a certificate as laid

down under rule 22;inclusion of students with disabilities /special needs as per provisiOn.df,the Act;

(vi) the teachers are recruited with minimum qualifications as laid under s ection 24(1) of the Act. Provided further that the current teachers who, at the commof this Act do not posses minimum qualifications shall. such minimqualification within a period of 5 years;

the teacher performs its duties specified under section 24(1) of the Act; and(viii • the teachers shall not engage himself or herself for private teaching activities.

The school shall follow the syllabus on the basis of curriculum laiddown by academic authority.The school shall enroll students proportionate to the facilitiesavailable in the school as prescribed 19.

9. The school shall maintain the standards and norms of the school asspecified in section 19 of the Act. The facilities reported at the timeof last inspection are as given under :-

The school buildings or other structures or the grounds are used onlyfor the purposes education and skill development.The school is run by a society registered under the Societies Registration Act,1860(21 of 1860), or a public trust constituted under any law for the time being inforce.The accounts should be audited and certified by a Chartered Accountant andproper accounts statements should be prepared as per rules. A copy each of thestatements of accounts should be sent to the District Elementary EducationOfficers every year.The recognition code Number allotted to your school is2725/PNP/8 th /BOSE/2014. This may please be noted and quoted for anycorrespondence with this office. .The school furnishes such reports and information as may be required by theDirector of Education/District Elementary Education Officer from time to timeand complies with such instructions of the State Government/Local Authority asmay be issued to secure the continued fulfillment of the condition or recognitionor the deficiencies in working of the school.Renewal, of Registration of Society, If any be ensured.Other Condition :is per Annexure III enclosed.
