Celebrate the most wonderful time of the year at Ghillie Dhu. We invite you to join us for dining, tipples, dancing, and just about anything else that will leave you filled with festive cheer.

In this brochure you will find all the details on our specially created festive dining menus. You will also find our roster of winter events, including our breakfast with Santa, live music, and of course our famous Hogmanay celebrations.

Housed within a former church, The Ghillie Dhu is a spectacular location. Our high vaulted arch ceiling, draped with candlelit chandeliers in our award winning auditorium is the perfect spot for your festive folly. Downstairs, our main bar area is known for its buzzing atmosphere, and the snugs are the perfect solution for a semi private party, making it the perfect place to celebrate Christmas in the capital.

All that is left to do is wish you a marvellous festive season, and we hope to welcome all of you this year for an unforgettable celebration.

MAIN BAROur main bar is the perfect place to meet friends for a Christmas tipple or enjoy a bite to eat from one of our festive themed menus. Soak up all the Christmas cheer whilst listening to our live acoustic artists and sipping on a warming glass of mulled wine or two.

AUDITORIUMOur breath-taking Auditorium is a stunning example of architecture. With ornate cornicing, high ceilings and authentic oak panelling, this space truly is one of a kind. The Auditorium is the perfect backdrop for our rip-roaring festive ceilidhs and famous Hogmanay celebrations.

Ghillie Dhu will endeavour to accommodate specific requests regarding your preferred table plan, however we cannot guarantee that every requirement will be met. SERVICE CHARGEA discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your bill, with 100% of this optional amount going directly to our team.
