Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) services offered through current locations include: Armidale, Glen Innes, Inverell, Moree, Tamworth and Tenterfield. Patients who are CHSP eligible can also access podiatry through Home Nursing Group (6 visits/year for $50). Patient who have Home Care Packages Level 3 and 4 can be seen by a private podiatrist.

discuss with the registrar on-call.
During office hours (8.00am- 4.30pm, Mon-Fri, excluding public
holidays) call the Diabetes Centre on (02) 8382 2622, and ask to
speak to the Diabetes Registrar.
Out of office hours call the hospital switchboard on (02) 8382
1111, and ask to speak to the Endocrine Registrar on-call.

Ridge. This service is carried out every 6 weeks with
follow up 2 week telehealth consults in between.
Telehealth Following face-to-face consult there is follow-up every
fortnight via telehealth with patient and nurse on the
receiving end.
