    DurationofWarrantyLimitedWarrantyDiamondCargowarrantstotheoriginalconsumerpurchaserforaperiodoffive(5)yearsfromthedateofpurchasebypurchaserthatitstrailershallbefreeofDEFECTSinmaterialsandworkmanshipattributabletowarrantor.Excludedfromthisfiveyearwarrantyareelectrical,plumbing,windows,doors,sealant,paint,undercoatingandfiberglasspartswhicharewarrantedforone(1)yearperiodfromthedateofpurchasebytheoriginalpurchaser.

    ExcludedFromWarrantyWarrantorisnotresponsibleforclaimsrelatedto:(1)defacing,scratches,dents,chips,tears,onanysurfacenotcausedbywarrantor(2)routinemaintenance(3)damagefromunauthorizedrepairs,abuse,misuse,orneglect(4)damagecausedbyimproperhitchballortowhookup(5)componentpartscoveredbyseparatesupplierwarranty.DiamondCargoreservestherightforfinaldeterminationwhetherornotproducthasbeenabusedormisused.

    WarrantorsObligationWarrantorshallelecttoremedydefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipcausedbywarrantor,byrepair,replacementorrefund,ifreplacementorrepairisnotpossible.Alldefectiveproductsshallbedeliveredtowarrantorsaddressbelowunlesspriorwrittenapprovalisobtainedfrowarrantor.Warrantormayselectanotherqualifiedlocationfortherepairtobecompleted.Warrantorwillnotbeobligated,inanyway,topayforrepairsmadewithoutitsspecificapproval.Allcostincurredinshippingordeliveryofproductsforwarrantyserviceshallbebornebythepurchaser.Warrantorshallremedydefectwithinareasonabletim,nottoexceedsixty(60)daysafterdeliverybypurchaser.

    PurchasersObligationPurchasermustcompleteandreturnwarrantycardwithinfifteen(15)daysofpurchasetoobtainwarrantyservice.Purchasermustnotifywarrantorofanydefectswithinfifteen(15)daysafteritis,orshouldhavebeendiscovered.Purchasermustpayallservice,towing,andtransportationchargesincurredtoobtainwarrantyservice.

    DisclaimerOfConsequentialAndIncidentalDamagesTheoriginalpurchaserofwarrantorsproductandanypersontowhomtheproducttransferred,andtoanypersonwhoisanintendeduserorbeneficiaryoftheproductshallnotbeentitledtorecoverfromwarrantoranyconsequentialorincidentaldamagesresultingfromanyproductdefects,includinglossoftrailer,revenue,orothercommercialloss,useofrentalequipmentorlossoftimeandconvenience.LimitationAndDisclaimerOfImpliedWarrantyWarrantorexpresslylimitsthedurationofallimpliedwarrantiesofmerchantability,fitnessforaparticularpurposeandotherimpliedwarrantiestothewarrantyperiodoffive(5)year.Thewarrantorexpresslydisclaimsallimpliedwarrantiesafterexpirationofwarrantydate.Nopersonhastheauthoritytoenlarge,amend,ormodifythiswarranty.DesignChangeWarrantorreservestherighttochangethedesignofitsproductfromtimetotimewithoutnoticeorobligationtomakecorrespondingchangestopreviouslymanufacturedproducts.

    Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificrights.Noactiontoenforcethiswarrantyshallbecommencedlaterthansix(6)monthsafterdiscoveryofanydefectoraftertheexpirationdateofwarrantyperiod.
