We are delighted to be able to offer a complete Civil Ceremony package here at the Talbot Hotel Stillorgan.

We have two ideal ceremony suites to cater from 20 – 130 guests on your day.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All reservations are subject to the following conditions:

Provisional BookingsWe are delighted to make a provisional booking on your behalf which secures a date for a period of 2 weeks only. The date may be released by the hotel without further obligation if not confirmed with a deposit within this period.

Confirmed Bookings In order to confirm your booking we require a non-refundable deposit of €750.00, payable by the wedding couple to secure the wedding date, by cash, cheque or credit card. We also require credit card details to be placed against the booking for guarantee only.

All wedding bookings must be made in person by the wedding couple.All wedding bookings must be reserved and confirmed 6 months prior to the date of the event.

Final Numbers & Payment Final numbers are required 48 hours in advance of your wedding reception. 80% of total account must be prepaid 1 week in advance of wedding date. Full outstanding balance must be settled on the day.

Minimum NumbersPlease note minimum numbers of 80 are applicable to all wedding packages. Minimum numbers of 80 persons are required for the hire of the Carysfort Suite and 100 persons are required for hire of Shelbourne Suite. Minimum numbers are required to avail of listed wedding packages.

Cancellation: The following cancellation charge applies to confirmed bookings:

l Up to 12 weeks prior to date of event - 10% (initial deposit) of the total value of rooms, goods or services reserved.

l From 12 weeks to 4 weeks prior to date of event - 50% of the total value of rooms, goods or services reserved.

l From 4 weeks to 48 hours prior to date of event - 90% of the total value of rooms, goods or services reserved.

l From 48 hours to the time of event - 100% of the total value of rooms, goods or services reserved.

Menu Selection and TastingAll menus must be selected at least 12 weeks prior to your wedding date. Each couple will be invited to a tasting in the Purple Sage Restaurant on an evening between Tuesday and Thursday, prior to their wedding date. This tasting allows any changes required to the meal chosen for the day. The tasting for the couple is complimentary for two people.

Package Prices Prices are as quoted within the brochure.No smoking is allowed within the hotel, with the exception of hotel bedrooms which have been designated as smoking bedrooms.No food or beverages, with the exception of the wedding cake, may be brought into the hotel under any circumstances. The hotel will not accept any responsibility for any goods lost, damaged or stolen, while on the hotel premises.All fire exists must be kept clear from obstructions. Instructions of security and management regarding same must be adhered to.

Bedrooms must be booked on the day of the initial wedding booking (Subject to availability on that day). An allocation of rooms is held under the wedding couples name. All rooms not confirmed are automatically released 8 weeks in advance of the wedding booking.

The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or refund deposits in circumstances when a booking is made through a third party or under false pretences. Prospective clients must always meet with a member of management prior to acceptance of the first deposit. Deposits must be paid in person to the hotel; otherwise the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any function without obligation or liability.
