N950.50KNDCB - with brushless DCMotor

Concept

The Diaphragm Vacuum Pumpsfrom KNF are based on a simpleprincipal - an elastic diaphragm,fixed on its edge, moves up anddown its central point by means ofan eccentric. In this way the medi-um is transferred using automaticvalves.

The pumps are equipped with aparallel and series connection forthe pump heads - resulting in a highpneumatic performance, a durableproduct and compact size. Specialvalves ensure that the product cancope easily with vapor and con-densation.

A control cable (see Accessories)can be used to change the motorspeed and thereby the flow rate byvarying the control voltage. Thisallows for example the flow rate tobe adapted to the process require-ments.

The vacuum pumps are optionallyavailable with a gas ballast valve.

Areas of use

The N950.50 series of diaphragmvacuum pumps offer a high level ofperformance in a compact unit size.The pumps are used for transferringgases, taking samples (even liquidsin a vacuum), evac uating vesselsand systems.

The N950.50 vacuum pumps areused for example in the semicon-ductor and pharmaceutical indu-stries, in chemical engineering, ana-lytical instruments, in surface finis-hing, equipment for seal testing orin various procedures and proces-ses carried out under vacuum con-ditions.
