Louisa County High School
In the wake of a 5.8 magnitude earthquake, Louisa County had lost 2 schools, leaving 1500 students without a safe learning environment. M SPACE provided a temporary high school consisting of 154 pre-leased modules.
The most rewarding part of this project was the unbridledsupport from the state, county and community shown to both
the students in need and M SPACE throughout the project.
Construction

Sitka Community Hospital Sitka, Alaska
Sitka Community Hospital was in need of an outpatient clinic and chose modular after learning about the significant time savings.
M SPACE provided a 10 exam room clinic that was also equipped with a triage room, procedure room and airborne infection isolation room.
M SPACE was able to provide a new 3,640 sq. ft. facility in approximately 3 months.

The Lake Washington School District was expanding and in need of a new secondary science, technology, engineering and mathematics school (STEM).
M SPACE AT WORK

Comprised of a two-phase construction process, two-thirds of the building was able to be occupied prior to overall project completion.

Building to be used as a temporary medical center and then relocated and used as a permanent family medical center and dental clinic.

Building is engineered to fit on both a
temporary and permanent foundation.
Designed with GenStone ® panels for
skirting to have a permanent
facility look.
Building designed for two additional
dental clinic modules to be added
when the building is relocated to its
second location. The facility received
gas furnaces and electric heat pumps
for heating and cooling units with a
SEER rating of 13 to adhere to the
federally funded Rural Health Initiative
standards.
