WHO CAN SUBMIT?Every Texas State student is eligible to submit, regardless of classification or major.

HOW DO I SUBMIT? Fill out the Photographers Release Form and return it to the PALM Office (4-1.6A) in the LBJ Student Center. (Copies are also available in the PALM Office.) This is a requirement for all participants!

TAKE PICTURES! Choose anything that you feel represents life at Texas State.

SUBMIT!Submit up to 3 photos of your choice to the PALM office. The photo(s) must be submitted as an 11x14 (vertical or horizontal, black & white or color) on photo quality paper. Submissions must be printed. Precision-Camera and Office Depot both have online print ordering. Include photographers’ name, major, title of work(s), and classification with photo(s)No digital copies will be accepted, and photos will not be returned

If you require accommodations due to disability in order to participate, please contact (512) 245-1688 at least 72 hours in advance of the event.

Student Employee Appreciation WeekStudent Employee Appreciation Week is coming up, and you

know what that means! To thank all of you wonderful student employees here at Texas State, we’re taking a week to celebrate all the hard work you do for us.

Join us from April 12–April 15, 2016, for a wide range of events and activities as we recognize you and all of your achievements. Tuesday–Friday, we will be offering food to all student staff, and there will be goodies and special surprises sponsored by different offices every day next week.

End-of-SemesterCongratulations to LBJSC’s own Lanita Legan, who was recently recognized for her outstanding contributions to Residential College. Way to go, Lanita!

Spring Cleaning

The spring semester is coming to an end, and it’s time for all staff to tie up loose ends in their work. Double check that you’ve taken care of the following:

• Supervisors: Employee evaluations are coming up. Plan to sit down with your employees to discuss their work.

• If you’re graduating, let your coworkers and supervisors know that you’re leaving!

• For those who will be leaving for the summer, remember to fill out the necessary paperwork.

• Mark the end-of-year banquet in your planner. We will be celebrating the graduating seniors!

• All students: Be sure to notify your supervisor of your final exam schedule.

• Note to staff: The LBJ Student Center will not be open 24 hours during final exams this year. We will be open during normal hours instead.
