color pencil

rendering

I like rendering. The first time I used the colored pencil, I thought it was a waste of time. But after learning the skill, I appreciated its visual texture, the comfortable feeling of the pencil in my hand, the ability to erase, the ease of control, and the ability to mix colors.

rendering

I love watercolor because of its of challenges and oportunities. Little brushes can be used to add detail. Big brushes can be used to grade large areas. It requires a lot of attention, but can be used to represent any material. It is very effective for showing reflections. And it saves money. It is a way to render accurately without using computer software.
