CommHub surveys the premises, installs a customized WiFi installation at no cost to the property owner. This includes access points, wiring throughout the building/apartment complex common areas, and installation of any equipment necessary to run the service. We do not need to access individual apartments / Rooms. An engineer will survey the property and provide proposed installation drawings and a Scope of Work for Owner approval prior to commencement of any work on site. Once the project is approved we contract for a fiber Ethernet circuit to be brought onto the premises in support of the service at our sole expense.

The Program – Step Two – Connect & Add Services

CommHub provides a Customized Property Branded Web Portal through which users automatically download CommHub Mobility™ Smartphone App for up to 3 phone lines. Up to 5 other devices per apartment i.e. TV’s, Computers and other wireless devices are all supported and can be set up automatically or with the assistance of our CommHub Help Desk Support Team. Using patent pending technology, CommHub has developed a method of using VoIP technology over wireless data services. This allows for telephone reception by the residents over their own mobile devise [smartphones and tablets] over 100% of the property and wherever wireless data service can be received. Additionally if the customer wishes he or she can port existing numbers to the service. NOTE: Additional products and services can be added to the program - additional monthly fees to the tenant may apply.
