It has to doing with teaching the youth to use technology in a ethical manner for example not hacking other people`s information ,not plagiarizing instead let them try to paraphrase what they get online

The digital citizenship on its own should try to implement virtual bill of right that will protect everyone using the online access this could be their privacy and having free speech

Trying by all means to be protected from the dangers of technology for instance being safe and trying to control the internet addiction
DIGITAL SECURITY
When the digital citizenship implement electronic precautions that will ensure safety such as passwords ,hacking up data ,anti-virus protection and so forth

The ability to think creatively during problem solving time by clearly defining the problem, implementing the appropriate solution, delivering the solution and evaluating the process and outcome

Using innovative design to add value to the function of a product for example when an artist add meaning through design ,art and story telling

It is about team working together that has reached the unconscious to work committed with the virtual world to solve problems and to create original products

• The ability to interpret any communication of real messages as well as evaluating the core efficiency of the chosen media to see o\if it will be beneficial to the public

• Impact of digital divide to social capital occurs when other people cannot access or have limited access to social networks, occurs when other people resist change to gain access to technology, not being exposed technology.
• People end up lacking knowledge • They end up behind with the media that is trending • Internet offers many resources that are not usually available in any geographic
location. • The Internet also enhances various skills of its users therefore people will lack
skill• It may also help in areas such as critical thinking, problem solving, and group
work therefore if they not using online access they wont experience any of this
