focus on Alternaria solani

• Wide spectrum agents are no longer allowed and spraying to prevent is

not preferred due to european quota and ledgislation;

• Not treating Alternaria costs money;

• A non-specialist (farmer) in most cases has difficulties diagnosing

Alternaria solani.

• To be sure a non-specialist (farmer) has to ask a laboratory such as

HLB to diagnose;
