The complete dictation can be sent either manually (1)or completely automatically by means of the DSS mover application (2).Depending on the configuration the dictation is either send directly to the transcription service in the local network or via email to a remote location..

Use your desktop USB microphone together with the DigtaSoft software and dictate your decision, your report, your disposition, correspondence or else as usual.

The typist listens to the dictation by means of the .dssplayer (1)and types it as a Word document (2).Afterwards the completed Word file is send to the originator (3)whilst the completed document is sent to the client (4)..dss enables high speech compression rates, maximising the available memory for storage

Benefit from an efficient voice recognition by transferring the .dss file into a voice recognition software system (e.g. SpeechMagic, DNS 9 or ViaVoice) (1).The text is automatically transformed into a Word document. If necessary the text can be amended by the originator or by the transcription service (2).Afterwards the completed Word file is send to the originator (3)whilst the completed document is send to the recipient (4).
