A new way of managing business in the context of rapid intrusion of information technology into not only business enterprises’, but consumers’ daily life as a mediary to real virtual (Castel, 2000) marketspace (Rayport and Sviokla, 1994) where matters company brand promise against perception (Hoffman and Novak, 1996) which company has created in the mind of consumer in their journey-experience to its services or products offered.
