The AC Voltage ranges are:15V, 100V, 300V and 600V

The frequency range is:20Hz~500Hz

To measure AC voltage + frequency, connect the Meteras follows:

1.

2.

3.

4.

Insert the red test lead into the V1 terminal, bluetest lead into the V2 terminal, yellow test lead toV3 input terminal and black test lead to the COMinput terminal.Press the MENU to select Voltage (main display)+ Frequency (secondary display) range.Connect the red test leads (V1 input terminal), bluetest leads (V2 input terminal) and yellow test leads(V3 input terminal) to the corresponding threephases loaded live wire. Black test lead (COMinput terminal) to the corresponding three phasesloaded neutral wire.Press SELECT to select phase location, the displayshows the corresponding phase symbol. V1 meansthe first phase 1, V2 means the first phase 2,V3 means the first phase 3.

When there is no input signal, it cannot carry outactive energy measurement. When there is input signal, the maximum waitingtime is around 10s before timing. When testing has been completed, disconnect theconnection between the testing leads and the circuitunder test and remove testing leads from the inputterminals.

True RMS Measurement and Average ValueMeasurement

The True RMS measurement method can measureaccurately the effective value of non-sine wave inputsignal.

Average value measurement method can measure themean value of one sine wave input signal, and thendisplays it as RMS value

When the input waveform has distortion, measuringtolerance will be included. The total tolerance dependson the total distortion. Below table 1 shows the waveformcoefficient and the relationship and the requestedchanging factor of sine wave, square wave, pulserectangle wave, sawtooth triangle wave, RMS valueand average value.

MAINTENANCEThis section provides basic maintenance informationincluding battery replacement instruction.

Do not attempt to repair or service your Meter unlessyou are qualified to do so and have the relevantcalibration, performance test, and serviceinformation.

To avoid electrical shock or damage to the Meter,do not get water inside the case.

Warning

A. General Service

Periodically wipe the case with a damp cloth and milddetergent. Do not use abrasives or solvents. To clean the terminals with cotton bar with detergent,as dirt or moisture in the terminals can affect readings.Turn the Meter power off when it is not in use.Take out the battery when it is not using for a longtime.Do not use or store the Meter in a place of humidity,

B. Replacing the Battery (see figure 24)To avoid false readings, which could lead to possibleelectric shock or personal injury, replace the batteryas soon as the battery indicator “ ” appears.

Make sure the transformer jaw and the tests leadsare disconected from the circuit being tested beforeopening the case bottom.

Warning

To replace the battery:.
