Job Overview

Initiate, plan and manage the delivery of projects for clients across a range of digital media (configurators, apps, websites etc).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day running of projects (including creation of Statement of Works, RAG Status and Risk Log reporting ) to execute plans and monitor/control results

• Follow the Burrows processes for running projects (including, but is not limited to, organising scrums, iteration planning and reviews; retrospectives and lessons learned).

• Collaborate with the team on information architecture, design, applications, community elements, user experience and page building

• Troubleshoot and coordinate resolutions to risks & issues related to the delivery of the project

• Interface with third-party technology vendors to build and launch cutting-edge and engaging digital applications based on creative and brand objectives

• Demonstrate exemplary customer service while delivering the project

• Support and collaborate with other internal departments across all stages of the project

• Ensure high quality delivery of projects, often assuming a Quality Assurance role

The successful candidate will also be required to carry out any reasonable duties identified by their line manager or team leader as well as a duty to positively represent Burrows to our customers and suppliers. There will also be the need to comply with our ISO standards and fully participate in our company’s performance management and development programmes, as well as working in accordance to our Human Resource policies and procedures.

Understanding of technologies used for web applications, smartphones, tablets etc.

Knowledge of quality management tools and techniques

Experience of liaising with multiple clients/stakeholders

Proficient in using MS Office suite

Experience of working in an agency

Background as programmer or digital creative

Experience with multi-language digital projects

SPECIALIST SKILLS

Understanding of Agile methodology, approaches and software

CIRCUMSTANCES Able to work overtime as and when required, sometimes at short notice

Valid driving licence
